I manage the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with Request For Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). Develops content such as executive summaries, project descriptions, technical sections, and personnel qualifications. Clients include Cumberland County, Camden Redevelopment Agency, NJ Transit, NJ Turnpike Authority, the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering Center, and the USDA Forestry Service. I ensure all materials meet company standards for clarity, tone, consistency, and accuracy. Creating original graphics like organizational charts, process flow diagrams, and infographics to enhance proposal content. Additionally, I maintain an organized repository of qualifications statements, project descriptions, staff resumes, and fact sheets for seamless integration into proposals and marketing efforts. As the Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist, I managed and enhanced Isolatek International's brand presence across various platforms. I was responsible for overseeing all Technical Data Sheets, Sales and Marketing collateral, and Website content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the company's brand identity. Key responsibilities included managing and refining corporate presentations to effectively highlight Isolatek's product advantages. Editing, printing, and maintaining all corporate and marketing materials. I was responsible for updating and creating all product packaging, for both CAFCO and Isolatek products. Led the website's rebranding, monitored, and optimized the website's SEO, analytics, and Google Ads. I developed and published blog posts and social media and executed targeted e-blasts for architects and certified applicators. Distributed the ISO Customer Service Surveys to recognized applicators gathering insights for service and product improvements. The position also involved providing professional photography and videography and producing marketing and Quality Control (QC) application videos. Coordinate applicator training events, tradeshow booths, and swag. I created the marketing materials and campaigns for new product launches, including CAFCO FENDOLITE M-II/P (internationally), CAFCO BLAZE-SHIELD II HS, and CAFCO CELLU-SHIELD.
